We want you to be fully satisfied with your Stetson purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
